Derek Ansell’s book on Hank Mobley is a good read. To date, no video footage of Mobley has surfaced, which is mind-boggling when you think about it. I’m certain video footage of him during his stay in Europe exists, it just hasn’t been found yet. Until then, we have his music and Ansell’s book.
