Buffalo Chicken Tacos
Ingredients:1 pound chicken breasts, skinless, boneless1/3 cup flour3 tablespoon cornstarch1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper1 teaspoon garlic powder1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce (Frank’s Buffalo Wing) , plus extra for garnishment1 tablespoon olive oil6-inch yellow corn tortillas
Toppings:Shredded butter LettuceAvocado slicesRanch dressingGreen onions, sliced thinly
Preparation:1. Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.2. In a large bowl, combine cornstarch, flour, cayenne, and garlic powder. Season the chicken pieces with pepper, then dredge in the flour mixture.3. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the Dutch oven and once it gets hot, add chicken and cook on both sides – about 3 to 4 minutes per side. 4. Once the chicken is done, set it aside to cool. Then shred it and toss with 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce.
*And this is the ONLY time you will catch me using Frank’s. This and Buffalo Chicken Dip.

Green onions, sliced thinly

Preparation:
